THE COVID 19 RESPONSE
YES, we are still OPEN and provide contactless deliveries.
We would like to assure you that we are still delivering flowers and gifts 7 days per week from 8 am till 9 pm.
We will always ensure that the arrangement is to full value and as close to the picture as possible.
We have introduced contact-less deliveries, and where possible we will contact the recipient ahead of time and upon delivery, leaving the flowers/gift in the requested location. We are currently still delivering to all hospitals and will monitor the situation moving forward.
We are regularly sanitising all work stations, shared spaces, and products. If you are expecting a delivery and would like to avoid contact, please let us know and we will be happy to make suitable delivery arrangements.
Covid-19 has fortunately not really effected the flower industry until now.
With the slowing down for floral imports we are relying on our local growers to keep up with the high demand within our “essential” industry so we can continue to provide fresh flowers & deliveries for all those special occasions that are happening regardless of the current crisis.
Due to this matter there may be a slight price increase and some varieties that are normally available & in season might not reach our store.
We highly recommend “florist choice” bouquets & arrangements & if ordering through our website please know we will continue to do our best to deliver the flowers as close to the online image as we possibly can, but some flower substitutions will be applied.
Please be mindful about product substitutions when shopping. We will not take responsibility for the changes made as flower availability control is out of our reach. A large number of Imported varieties have not made to the markets and at this stage we are uncertain what flowers will make it to the markets each week.
